Bahan Membuat Lontong lodeh tewel / Lontong sayur Surabaya
- 1 bungkus Sayur Tewel.
- 1/4 kg ayam.
- 1 sachet santan kara (segitiga).
- 500 ml air (kira2).
- Bumbu yang di haluskan :.
- 8 siung bawang merah.
- 4 siung bawang putih.
- 4 butir kemiri.
- 1/2 sdt terasi.
- 4 buah cabai merah besar (selera).
- 7 buah cabai rawit (selera).
- 1 sdt garam.
- 1 sdt gula merah.
- Pelengkap/ Bahan yg di Geprek.
- 2 cm jahe.
- 4 cm laos.
- 4 lembar daun jeruk.
- 3 lembar daun salam.
Langkah Memasak Lontong lodeh tewel / Lontong sayur Surabaya
