- 60 ml whipped cream dairy.
- 260 ml susu cair.
- 2 kuning telur.
- 60 gr gula pasir.
- 1 SDM tepung maizena.
- 100 gr keju milky soft (tambahan dari aku).
- 1/2 esens vanilla.
Langkah Memasak Portugis Cheese Egg Tart
- Potong bulat Puff pastry menggunakan ring cutter.
- Letakkan pada loyang pie yang sudah di oles margarin (karna aku cuma punya loyang pie) kemudian tusuk tusuk lalu sisihkan dalam lemari es.
- Aduk kuning telur, gula pasir, tepung maizena, esens vanilla sampai rata lalu masukkan whipped cream dan susu cair aduk rata kembali.
- Tim adonan sampai panas lalu masukkan parutan keju.
- Tim hingga mengental.
- Tuang isian kedalam cetakan pie lakukan sampai habis.
- Masukkan kedalam oven yang sudah dipanaskan..panggang sampai kuning kecoklatan.
