Bahan Membuat Ice cream Walls kw

2 Bks pop ice rasa bubblegum.
secukupnya Pasta coklat.
2 saset SKM.
1 sdt SP.
1/2 sdt baking soda.
5 sdm gula pasir.
40 gr susu bubuk (putih).
2 sdm meizena (dilarutkan dgn air 1/2 gelas).

Langkah Memasak Ice cream Walls kw

Masak air + gula + meizena + susu bubuk + pop ice fan SKM hingga mendidih.
Tuang ke wadah, biarkan hingga dingin lalu masukkan freezer hingga membeku.
Setelah membeku,keluarkan lalu mixer bersama SP dan baking soda hingga mengembang sempurna (tandanya bila di ambil menggunakan sendok seperti jambul gt).
Aku bagi 2 warna dgn tambahan pasta coklat.
Tuang kewadah yg diinginkan, lalu masukkan freezer hingga membeku kembali. Siap deh.
