Bahan Membuat Ice cream pop ice rasa walls

  1. 1 kaleng SKM (susu kental manis).
  2. 4 kaleng air bekas SKM.
  3. 5 sdm meizena (cairkan).
  4. 2 sdm SP munjung.
  5. 200 gram gula pasir.
  6. Secukupnya pop ice rasa sesuai selera.

Langkah Memasak Ice cream pop ice rasa walls

  1. Rebus air, SKM, gula. Aduk kemudian masukkan meizena yg dicairkan. Aduk sampai meletup2. matikan, masukkan freezer sampai beku.
  2. Tim SP sampai cair. nge-tim nya bisa pake magicom. Atau langsung dipanaskan dengan api yg paling kecil.
  3. Kerok2 bahan yg sudah di freezer taruh diwadah mixer sebentar agar lembut.
  4. Masukkan SP yg sudah di Tim ke wadah mixer tadi lalu mixer lagi dengan kekuatan penuh selama 30menit. Lebih lama akan lebih banyak hasilnya..
  5. Pisahkan adonan. Beri rasa2 pop ice. Disini aku pakai rasa stroberi, coklat, permen karet, dan satu tanpa pop ice. Jika warna kurang pekat bisa diberi sedikit saja pewarna.
  6. Taruh di cup kecil. Dan tata di freezer sampai beku.
  7. Done! Hasilnya bakalan lembut banget dan mirip2 walls..
