Bahan Membuat Dough pizza
- 500 gram tepung cakra.
- 1 scht Susu Dancow putih (bisa diganti 200 ml susu Fullcream UHT).
- 1 telu.
- 1 sdt gula pasir.
- 1 sdt ragi instan(fermipan).
- Sckpnya Air.
Langkah Memasak Dough pizza
- Buat Biang gula+fermipan dimix dg 50 ml Air smp berbuih.(Fermipan Baru yaa jgn sisa2😁).
- Campur semua bahan dlm 1 wadah..tuangkan slanjutnya larutan Biang.
- Uleni hingga kalis bisa manual/mixer..
- Tutup dg kain,smp 30 mnit biarkan hingga mengembang..
- Bentuk bulat..pipihkan sesuai keinginan ukurannya.Tusuk2 dg Garpu spy udara keluar saat di panggang..adonan tdk menggelembung.
- Panggang dlm oven atau jika pkai Teflon,dialasi angsang kukusan spy tdk lgsg kena panas jd gosong tutup rapat.(Bisa diberi toping dlu baru dipanggang)atau di panggang dlu smp matang bisa utk stok kl mau buat pizza esoknya..tinggal diberi toping & dihangatkan dg teflon,microwave/oven..
