- Tutup adonan menggunakan cling wrapping / plastik agar bisa di lihat apakah adonan sudah mengembang atw blm..
- Diamkan adonan sekitar 40 - 60 menit hingga pengembang 2 x lipat.
- Bagi adonan menjadi bbrp bagian tergantung dr ukuran pan yg di gunakan. Dsni saya bagi menjadi 2. 2/3 buat loyang ukuran besar. 1/3 buat loyang ukuran sedang..
- Tusuk 2 adonan menggukan garpu lalu kasih topping sesuai selera... saya tidak kasih mozarella terlebih dahulu..
- Baking pizza selama 20 menit dgn suhu 200 °C atw sesuai dgn oven masing 2.
- Lalu baru taburkan mozarella dan papperoni dan baking lagi selama 5 menit..
- Pizza siap di hidangkan.
