Bahan Membuat Dough Pizza Homemade

  1. 200 gr tepung terigu (me: segitiga).
  2. 100 ml air hangat (me: 50ml susu uht + 50ml air hangat).
  3. 2 sdm minyak goreng.
  4. 1 sdm bawang putih bubuk*.
  5. 1 sdm garam.
  6. 1 sdt ragi instan.
  7. 1 sdm gula.
  8. sesuai selera Topping :.
  9. 1 lbr Daging ham, iris persegi panjang.
  10. 100 gr keju mozarella.
  11. 2 buah sosis besar (@saya bagi 4) untuk pinggiran.
  12. 5 sdm saus bolognaise (saya tambah daging giling tumis 100gr).
  13. 1 sdm saus sambal.
  14. Oregano*.
  15. Italian seasoning*.

Langkah Memasak Dough Pizza Homemade

  1. Tea ragi aktif. Masukkan ragi ke dalam larutan air hangat + gula. Tunggu sampai berbusa, menandakan ragi aktif dan bisa dipakai..
  2. Campur semua bahan, aduk hingga rata. Uleni hingga kalis (tidak lengket), cukup menggunakan tangan saja selama kurleb 10menit..
  3. Oleskan loyang dengan minyak goreng secukupnya. Masukkan kedalam loyang 20x24 (resep asli 36x36), atau jika ingin roti pizza tipis, bisa dibagi menjadi 2 loyang..
  4. Oleskan saus bolognaise diatas permukaan dough sampai rata. Tata sosis, bawang bombay, daging ham dan terakhir keju mozarella. Taburkan oregano dan italian seasoning untuk menambah rasa (optional; saus spagheti bolognaise sudah ada oregano dan italian seasoning)..
  5. Panggang dengan suhu 170°c selama 15-20 menit sampai matang..
  6. Sajikan hangat lebih nikmat..
