- 1 pepaya muda,kupas, serut memanajang.
- 1/2 wortel, kupas serut memanajang.
- 2 buah kacang panjang, potong jadi 4,.
- 10 tomat 🍅 ceri / tomat biasa 2 aja yg gede.
- 1/2 jeruk 🍊 lemon /4 sdm air lemon.
- 2 sdm air asam, seduh dengan air hangat.
- 2 sdm air gula merah, seduh dng air hangat.
- 4 cabe rawit.
- 2 siung bawang putih.
- Sejumput garam.
- 2 sdm Kacang goreng / kacang panggang.
- 2 sdm ebi (udang kering).
- 2 sdm kecap ikan.
