- 4 buah bawang putih.
- 5-10 buah rawit (cabe).
- 2 sdm kacang tanah.
- 4 sdm kecap ikan.
- 2 buah jeruk nipis besar.
- 1 sdm udang kecil/ebi (optional).
- 2 buah tomat.
- 1 buah pepaya muda.
- Secukupnya kacang panjang.
- Secukupnya kubis.
- Secukupnya kacang (utk taburan).

- Secukupnya gula kelapa.
Langkah Memasak Som Tam (Thai Green Papaya Salad)
- Siapkan bahan. Cuci pepaya muda, kacang panjang, dan sayur lainnya..
