Bahan Membuat Pie Crust
- 250 gr tepung terigu.
- 1 sdm gula pasir halus.
- 1/2 bungkus dancow.
- 125 gr Palmia Royal.
- 5 sdm air es.
Langkah Memasak Pie Crust
- Campur semua bahan jadi satu.
- Aduk sambil ditekan-tekan dengan garpu sampai berbulir bulir dan beremah.
- Tambahkan air es lalu aduk rata dengan tangan sampai bisa dibentuk lalu bulatkan.
- Bagi adonan menjadi beberapa bagian dan beri pasta/pewarna makanan sesuai selera, lalu bungkus dengan plastik wrap simpan dalam kulkas 20 menit.
- Keluarkan adonan lalu cetak menggunakan cetakan pie, tusuk2 bagian dasr tengah menggunakan garpu, kemudian panggang hingga matang.
