Bahan Membuat Steak Salmon Crispy Skin
- 250 gr salmon filet.
- 1/2 brokoli.
- 1/2 wortel.
- secukupnya olive oil.
- 1 sdt garam.
- 1 sdt merica.
- 1 sdt bubuk cabe.
Langkah Memasak Steak Salmon Crispy Skin
- Cuci bersih potongan salmon lalu keringkan disuhu ruangan. (kalau bisa jangan masuk kulkas ya bun, supaya salmon cepat matang dan krispi dan benar2 harus kering tidak berair).
- Potong sedikit bagian atas kulit, supaya bumbu merasuk, taburi secara merata garam, merica dan bubuk cabe, dan ulangi pada bagian bawah..
- Panaskan teflon (api besar namun jgn terlalu besar ya bun) setelah teflon benar2 panas, tuangkan minyak 3-4 sdm (bukan deep fried ya bun,jd pan fried saja).
- Masukan salmon, bagian kulit pada teflon, dan diamkan 2-3 menit. biarkan dahulu, sambil tekan2 supaya salmon matanng dan kulit menjadi krispi, jika sudah terlihat daging memutih setengah bagian bawah, lalu balik ke sisi lain.
- Ulang 1x lagi tahap no 4. diamkan sejenak bila sudah matang dan tiriskan pindah kan ke piring..
- Setelah itu tumis sayurnyaa taburi dengan garam dan merica.
- Setelah matang, siap sajikan đŸ˜‹selamat mencoba bunda.
