- 120 gr salmon fillet.
- 1 buah kentang ukuran besar, potong-potong.
- 1 buah wortel ukuran besar, potong-potong.
- 20 gr brokoli.
- 4 sdm mentega.
- Saori saos teriyaki.
- Merica.
Langkah Memasak Steak Salmon Teriyaki
- Lumuri salmon fillet dengan merica dan saos teriyaki. Diamkan selama 30 menit.
- Panaskan kukusan. Kukus kentang, hingga matang. Kemudian masukkan brokoli dan wortel, kukus kembali hingga matang, sisihkan.
- Panaskan wajan teflon. Lumerkan mentega, masukkan salmon fillet yang sudah di marinade dengan api kecil. Bolak balik hingga ikan matang. Tambahkan saos teriyaki agar lebih meresap. Angkat.
- Sajikan ikan dengan kentang, wortel dan brokoli rebus.
