Bahan Membuat Sushi roll
- 2-3 porsi nasi putih (beras pulen).
- Timun lalapan (ditukang sayur @1000).
- Udang tepung (pake udang yg agak besar trs ditepungin).
- Wortel (potong panjang direbus).
- Telor dadar (potong panjang).
- Katsuobushi.
- Nori lembaran.
- Garam,gula, dan cuka beras.
- Kaldu bubuk (optional).
- Kecap asin, mayonaise dan saos sambal (pelengkap).
Langkah Memasak Sushi roll
- Nasi putih panas dicampurkan dengan gula, garam, kaldu dan cuka beras.. tes rasa jgn terlalu strong rasanya.. secukupnya ajah..
- Siapkan masing2 isian dalam piring terpisah utk memudahkan penyusunan isi...
- Siapkan gulungan utk sushi (saya beli online), tata nori diatas gulungan kemudian nasi yg sudah dibumbui sampai rata, sisakan disetiap ujung nori sekitar 1cm utk perekat, tata isian diatasnya(saya tata agk bertumpukan satu sama lain), kemudian gulung sambil ditekan2 sedikit.
- Pastikan pisau dibasahi air dulu sebelum pemotongan biar tidak lengket, kemudian potong jadi 6 pcs per roll, tata dipiring beri taburan katsuobushi (ini yg paling disuka anak2 n suami jd agak banyakan).
- Siap hidangkan dengan pelengkapnya.. selamat menikmati..😘.
