Bahan Membuat Sushi Roll
- 250 gram beras, (aku pake beras Jepang) dimasak seperti menanak nasi biasa.
- 1/2 sdt garam.
- 1 sdm cuka seasoning.
- 1-2 lembar Nori.
- 1 buah timun/kyuri.
- 1 buah wortel.
- 100 gram kani (crab stick), digoreng/rebus sesuai selera.
- 200 gram sosis, digoreng/rebus sesuai selera.
- Pelengkap :.
- Shoyu (kecap asin).
- Bon cabe.
Langkah Memasak Sushi Roll
- Cuci beras, kemudian masak seperti menanak nasi biasa sampai matang & pulen, setelah matang dalam keadaan hangat campur dengan 1/2 sdt garam & 1 sdm cuka seasoning, aduk rata, sisihkan..
- Potong-potong wortel & timun bentuk memanjang..
- Siapkan makisu/sushi mat, ambil 1 lembar Nori, letakkan di atas makisu dengan bagian yg kasar berada di atas. Ambil nasi yang telah dicampur garam & cuka seasoning ratakan diatas nori..
- Mulai atur isian-isian seperti wortel, timun yang telah dipotong-potong, sosis, dan kani/crab stick di atas hamparan nasi. Sisakan sedikit celah jangan diisi..
- Gulung makisu sambil ditekan perlahan..
- Potong menggunakan pisau tajam, tata diatas piring. Sushi roll siap dinikmati dengan Shoyu & untung rasa pedas bisa pakai washabi atau bon cabe jika tidak ada. Selamat mencoba!!.
