Bahan Membuat Serabi
- Bahan kering :.
- 100 gr tepung beras.
- 1 sdm tepung terigu.
- 25 gr gula.
- 1/2 sdt garam.
- 1/2 sdm ragi instan.
- 1/4 sdt soda kue.
- 1 cepuk vanili bubuk.
- Bahan basah :.
- 350 ml santan kental(2 santan instan + air sampai jadi 350 ml).
- 2 lembar Daun pandan.
- Toping coklat misis.
Langkah Memasak Serabi
- Didihkan santN dan daun pandan..lalu biarkan hangat kuku(sisihkan 50 ml santan untuk di siram di atas serabi).
- Aduk semua bahan kering lalu masukkan santan hangat pelan² sambil trs di aduk,setelah merata diamkan 1 jam.
- Panaskan wajan teflon (kl ada wajan yg cekung,karna wajan kebetulan kotor,saya pake teflon saja).
- Setelah wajan panas masukkan 1 centong sayur kecil ke dlm wajan lalu biarkan membentuk lubang2 kecil,lalu beri santan 1 sdm di tengah serabi dan tutup,bila di lihat smpunggiran sudah kecoklatan angkat rabur misis gulung dg daun pisang,lakukan sampai selesai semua.semoga BERKAH..toping boleh di ganti sesuai selera..
