- 1/2 kg Ayam (me:sayap ayam biasa).
- 6 siung bawang merah.
- 4 siung bawang putih.
- 1 batang sereh.
- 2 daun jeruk.
- 2 cm lengkuas.
- 2 cm kunyit bakar.
- 2 daun salam.
- 6 kemiri sangrai.
- Sedikit lada bubuk.
- Sedikit gula merah.
- Sedikit jinten.
- Sedikit Gula merah.
- Sedikit Garam.
- Sedikit bubuk kaldu.
- 1 santan kara.

- Lontong,Sambal Goreng Ati (boleh sapi/ayam),Emping Melinjo/krupuk udang&Sayur labu siam (resep next ya).
Langkah Memasak Opor Capgomeh
- Uleg bawang merah,bawang putih,jinten,kunyit & kemiri. Tumis hingga harum,masukkan sereh,daun salam dan daun jeruk,aduk²..
- Masukkan ayam sambil diaduk dengan tumisan bumbu,tambahkan air,biarkan sedikit meresap pada ayam lalu tambahkan santan,aduk pelan dan tunggu hingga kuah agak sedikit berkurang..
- Masukkan bumbu pelengkap seperti : garam,gula merah serut,lada bubuk,bubuk kaldu. Cek rasa..
