- Mie kuning.
- Telor.
- Sawi hijau.
- Bakso sapi.
- Teri goreng.
- 2 sdm minyak goreng.
- Bumbu Halus.
- 4 Bawang merah.
- 2 Bawang putih.
- 3 Cabe merah keriting.
- 5 Cabe rawit.
- 1 Kemiri.
- 1 cm Jahe.
- 1/4 Tomat.
- Bahan Saos.
- 1/2 sdm Saos tiram.
- 2 sdm Saos cabe.
- 1 sdm Saos tomat.
- 1 1/2 sdm kecap manis.
- secukupnya Garam.
Langkah Memasak Mie Goreng ala cafe / mee goreng / Fried noodle
- Haluskan bahan bumbu halus. Kemudian tumis hingga wangi.
- Masukkan telor, irisan bakso sapi. Tumis sebentar hingga telor masak. Kemudian masukkan sawi dan mie kuning. Aduk.
- Masukkan bahan saos dan garam. Aduk hingga tercampur semua. Koreksi rasa. Masukkan teri goreng.
